Description :
GOODWAY Series Flash Dryer has three kinds of types, negative pressure, positive pressure and positive & negative pressure. Wet material containing certain moisture exchanges heat with hot air in dried pipes for the purpose of drying material. This machine is widely applied in the fields of requiring fast drying and heat sensitive powder or slice material such as starch, protein flour, rice bran, calcium carbonate, diatomite, colophony, paint, glucose, sawdust, ferric oxide, aluminum hydroxide and residuals like filtrate cake which is not too much powder in light industry, chemical industry and foodstuff etc.

Features:
1,when design air flow drying system,we fully considered each factor of turbulent flow ,cyclone separating and heat exchange ect.,so that each collocation and parameter have definite theory basis ,such as heat exchange’s collocation,temperature control of inlet air and outlet air ,diameter change of cyclone pipe etc.
2,part control with starch is made of stainless steel
3, The product quantity and precision are greatly improved.in aspect of product manufacturing ,each manufacturing sectors such as the device choosing ,processing ,jointing and welding are all adopted computer control .
4,though measuring on feeding material moisture ,or temperature difference between inlet and outlet ,the feeding quantity and inlet steam volume can be automatic adjusted ,thus the water content of product could reach the technology requirement .this kind cassava starch machine&machinery airflow dryer is not only suitable to all kinds potato starch to be dried ,but also adaptable to the drying of corn starch and wheat starch .
